Before you write
- Billing or credits: include the email address on your account and, if relevant, the order number from the receipt.
- A failed or odd render: tell us the prompt, the style and size you picked, and roughly when it happened. Failed renders are refunded automatically; if you don't see the refund, let us know.
- Account deletion: you can delete your account and all images from Settings → Profile. Email us if you need help.
